Today was my last day at Kegonsa Elementary. It was a fun filled day! We started the day by making ginger bread houses! The kids had a blast!! They then got to hit a piñata. It was so fun to watch,but scary at the same time because you never knew if they were going to wait for me to get put of the way before they swung! No injuries:) after lunch it was time for my good bye party. The kids were so cute. They all made individual cards for me. (yes I cried).
It was hard to say good bye at the end of the day. One of my girls was crying and I couldn't hold it in any longer. I'm such an emotional person! We did a great big group hug at the end of the day and we all said good bye. I'm going to miss these students so much. I couldn't have asked for a better group of students! They are all truly amazing kids!
